Question by Cat N: Can my landlord throw my boyfriend out because hes not on my lease?
My boyfriend and his dog moved in with me and my landlord is threatening to throw us all out. My rent is paid on time and I dont see what the big deal is. Pets are allowed but he says my lease specifically says only one dog (mine).

If your lease specifies one dog, then your boyfriend’s dog is one dog too many and yes, he can tell you the dog can’t live there.
If your boyfriend is not on the lease you can’t just move him in, because if you move out the boyfriend will then have to be evicted, and why should the landlord have to do that? If you don’t get his name put on the lease then yes, the landlord can tell you he can’t live there.
The “big deal” is the law.

C.C. and Marble – No More Walks

Around 3pm every day C.C. would call for Marble and he would come running -they would walk down the path together to both go eat dinner. It’s hard to believe this will never happen again.
Goodbye sweet girl, we will forever miss you more than you know! We will take care of your boy with all the love and care we can. I know he will miss you the most.
