Question by Brittany: why doesnt my dog like to sleep with a blanket?
we adopted an adorable, homeless golden lab and when he falls asleep and we cover him with a blanket, he ALWAYS takes it off and would rather sleep with no blanket. I wonder why this is because where he sleeps, it’s kinda cold. Does this mean something is wrong with him? It’s like he doesn’t know it’s cold
PLEASE HELP!!

My golden retriever hated blankets….They have soooo much fur they get hot very easily! Don’t take it personally.

Question by RWH: to wash my dog’s blanket?
My dog’s blanket has a log of her fur. I wonder there is a kind of sheet I can put it in the washer with the blanket together. After the wash, the sheet has a lot of hair but not the washing machine.
thanks

Shake the blanket out to the best of your ability. You can try a flannel sheet in the washer. Use a dryer sheet in the dryer.

I think something is happening again in your life.. maybe drama, or anything else. Maybe 2 friensd are fighting over you, they make up, and then fight over you again? Maybe thats what the kitty repressents? Cats represent love or something like that. GOod luck! Please answer my question!

It was the pearl necklace that got me. Loved it.
Added to July 2010′s Scavenger Hunt as #4 "Creature comfort" for this pampered dog has both a "fur" blanket to lie on but a pillow as well!
Nap, with dog.

I’d just come back from an overscheduled weekend packed full of fun (Duckon for those in the know), and was exhauuuusted. So I lay down on the couch and promptly fell asleep.
Ajax apparently squirmed in under the blankets with me — he’s always very, very worried when either of us is gone for more than a day; he wants to be With Them for days aftewards — and contentedly began chewing a bone. He even shoved his bone into my hand to help hold it upright in precisely the optimal chewing position. And my husband took the picture, because we were, he says, Being So Cute.
I wouldn’t know, I was asleep. :->
