Haha. You should give it a name. All pets need a name. Then, it should have a bed because it will get tired. You should give it a face so it can see and taste and hear and smell. And hair so it will be warm. Sometimes it will need a bath, so you could do it in the sink. If its thirsty put it in a bowl of nice cold water. And take it on walks to the park.

Q&A: How do you care for a pet cow?

Question by : How do you care for a pet cow?
I have three acres of land and would like to raise a cow (or two) as pets. Wondering cost wise what I’m looking at, supplies, food, housing, vet care, permits? Even a good book recommendation would help.

Question by : What is a pet that has the same care level as a tarantula?
i want a pet that is as easy to care for a a tarantula but isn’t one. i don’t like the fangs and i don’t want a scorpion. i just want a little pet that’s as easy to care for as that that i can hold.
also it doesm’t have to be that small, if its easy to take care of i really don’t care the size.

how about a snake?

they make fantastic pets and some species are very easy to care for.
I find reptiles easier to take care of than mammals :)
They only need feeding once or twice a week (depending on their age/size) and so only poop that often too – there isnt much to clean up after.

i’d recommend corn snakes. They can become very docile and dont mind human contact at all. They are relatively good feeders and dont grow to big at all (4 – 6ft).
They dont need tropical humidities either and are really beautiful little animals.

Easy to care for, interesting, ‘friendly’, beautiful and not so fangy!
i have three corn snakes, and they really are brilliant
