Question by Cat N: Can my landlord throw my boyfriend out because hes not on my lease?
My boyfriend and his dog moved in with me and my landlord is threatening to throw us all out. My rent is paid on time and I dont see what the big deal is. Pets are allowed but he says my lease specifically says only one dog (mine).

If your lease specifies one dog, then your boyfriend’s dog is one dog too many and yes, he can tell you the dog can’t live there.
If your boyfriend is not on the lease you can’t just move him in, because if you move out the boyfriend will then have to be evicted, and why should the landlord have to do that? If you don’t get his name put on the lease then yes, the landlord can tell you he can’t live there.
The “big deal” is the law.

Alright you seem like a nice enough guy so i’ll help you out. First you gotta hire a mercenary trained to kidnap and kill. Then get the mercenary to kidnap and each of the pet owners. (ex. lure owners in by saying you have candy or something like that) Then get the mercenary to torcher and kill the owners. Throw as many pet parties as you want.
What do you think? Answer below!

Toys

A toy is an object meant to be played with. Toys are usually associated with children and pets, but it is not unusual for adult humans and some non-domesticated animals to play with toys. Many items are manufactured to serve as toys, but items produced for other purposes can also be used as toys. A child may pick up a household item and ‘fly’ it around pretending that it is an airplane, or an animal might play with a pinecone by batting at it, chasing it, and throwing it up in the air. Some toys are intended primarily as Collector’s items and are not to be played with.
The origin of toys is prehistoric; dolls of infants, animals, or soldiers, and miniature representations of the tools of adults are readily found at archaeological sites. The origin of the word is unknown, but it is believed to have been first used in the 14th century.[1] en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toy

Feral Kitty 2

Please help me remind folks to not drop off any Christmas pets in the country side. It is not a good life for them. If not for the graciousness of some folks, these critters would not survive. Take this kitty for example, this one showed here at my old farm house a little over a year ago. I believe that it was ‘declawed’ before being "dropped off". It must have had a fairly rough go of it before it showed up here for it will not let anyone get too close it even today. I shot this picture through my sliding glass door where the cat has learned I will throw out my left overs when I see it.
But remember, this is one of the very few ‘lucky’ abandoned pets. Most will not survive a year. And usually end as breakfast for some the predators out here.
